Not the City and not an approval authority
Perimtr is an independent information service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the City of Toronto, Toronto City Council, Heritage Planning, Toronto Building, the Committee of Adjustment, or any other public authority. Only the responsible authority can provide an official determination or approval.
Public data can change
Source records may be incomplete, delayed, revised, mapped at a different scale, or affected by recent decisions that have not yet appeared in an open dataset. Address matching and district-boundary analysis can also be wrong. “No match” never means that a property is cleared of heritage, planning, title, zoning, building-code, or other requirements.

- Toronto Building or a qualified designer for building permits, zoning, and Building Code requirements.
- A heritage consultant, architect, engineer, planner, surveyor, lawyer, or other licensed professional when the project or transaction requires their expertise.
