1. Purpose of the service

Perimtr organizes publicly available property, address, heritage, planning, and permit information into a plain-language research report. The service may include automated address matching, boundary analysis, summaries, links, checklists, and general examples.

2. No professional or official advice

Perimtr is not a lawyer, planner, architect, engineer, heritage consultant, surveyor, real-estate professional, insurer, or government authority. The service does not provide professional advice, due diligence, an official property search, a legal opinion, or a permit decision. Consult the relevant authority and qualified expert before acting.

3. Accuracy and availability

We aim to present useful information, but we do not promise that any result is complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Public records and laws can change without notice. You must verify important information using current official records.

4. Permitted use

You may use the service for lawful research and planning. You must not:

  • misrepresent a Perimtr report as an official City record or approval;
  • use the service to deceive, discriminate, infringe rights, or break the law;
  • interfere with the service, bypass safeguards, or introduce harmful code; or
  • copy or resell Perimtr’s original presentation as your own service where prohibited by law.

5. Public information and attribution

The service contains information licensed under the Open Government Licence – Toronto. City information is supplied “as is”; the City does not endorse Perimtr or our use of the information. Perimtr’s own writing, design, software, and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
